• You're not sure? Our representative will give you all the information and advice you need and he'll prepare a price quotation.
• Book a preliminary date of the moving. We can arrange everything without you stopping your business activities.

Designing the time schedule

1 – 3 weeks in advance

• Our representative will set a scheduling appointment with you.
• Based on the appointment we'll design the ideal moving schedule to meet your needs.
• We'll sort out all the details together and set a definite date of the moving.

Packing and cleaning

7 days prior to the moving or as you wish

• You'll get special moving boxes in advance and for free.
• Special sorting stickers for tagging your boxes, furniture or IT equipment are included.
• Packing archives, files and other documents can be done by yourself or by our workers. We offer professional moving assistance 1-2 days prior to the moving date to help you with all the necessities.
• Valuable documents and other delicate valuables are being moved in a „SAFE“ mode with special plastic boxes with lids and 2 new numeric seals.
• You can make use of our other services – complete professional packing, ecological disposal of unwanted stuff and cleaning.

Moving

• When the moving day comes, our team will arrive with the head of the order that will organize the whole process. We'll reserve the necessary parking spots for free on both your old and new address.
• We'll move everything based on the approved schedule.
• The whole moving order is insured for 10 million Kč. We professionally dismantle the furniture, pack it and prepare it for moving. IT equipment, servers and racks will be carefully covered in material specially designed for moving fragile things.
• All will be transported by an upholstered truck to the final destination, where everything will be put in place based on your plans. We'll install the furniture and connect the IT equipment.

That's it!

• All the used packaging will be recycled. We can also get rid of old hardware or shred unwanted documents.
• Stuff that can't fit in your offices anymore can be stored in our warehouses.
• You can pay for the moving services by invoice, cash or by card.
• We'll pick up the moving boxes when you wish, no need to hurry.
